This project is relevant to CCC · Social Algorithms, connecting marketplace design with how social and commercial systems shape sourcing behavior.

Started with manual sketches and low-fidelity wireframes based on a simple purchasing task. Each section was reviewed and approved before moving to the next, ensuring coherence between the website and all three dashboards (Seller, Buyer, Admin).
Due to the platform’s payment complexity, a European consulting team was invited to audit and verify the payment flow and ensure accuracy across all pages.
After implementation with the development and marketing teams, multilingual versions (Vietnamese, Indonesian, Chinese) were added to broaden accessibility and user reach.

Browse many fabric types, request free samples, shop Local Stock or Made to Order, leave ratings & reviews, and even create a Tender to run multi-round sourcing.
Showcase your catalog to grow reach, join Tenders (qualifying → samples → final), sell via Stock Order, and offer Made to Order items to buyers worldwide.
The admin dashboard typically oversees marketplace configuration, users management, tender visibility, and policy/compliance settings.

A high-fidelity, interactive prototype was created with fully mapped interaction flows. Because the entry gateway and website pages were integrated with all three dashboard types, the layouts for all categories were developed concurrently to ensure consistency.

All pages for the three user types were designed in Figma. Because of the large number of main and reverse pages, pages were color-coded and grouped according to the task flows they represented, showing the path each user would take to reach their goal page.

As the website pages were further developed, versions in different Asian languages (Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Chinese) were also created. Each version was refined based on feedback from translators and the marketing team.
